Believe it or not, some individuals still believe animals are incapable of expressing emotions or having feelings.

I wish all of those folks could view films like the ones you’re going to see because it would greatly aid their comprehension and realization that animals are just as sentient as humans are.

This video depicts the heartwarming rescue of an elephant who has spent the most of its life in captivity, locked in a small cage and deprived of the sensation of freedom that all creatures are entitled to.

Sook-Jai is a 73-year-old elephant that was mostly employed to trek visitors in the region. The elephant was ultimately allowed to retire from all of that hard labor due to the Save Elephant Foundation, and was moved to an animal refuge. She might finally know what it was like to live freely there!

“A lot of males came into contact with Sook Jai’s life. She bounced about from job to job and location to location, working nonstop until she collapsed,” reported the NGO that rescued Sook-Jai.

“Sook Jai was fortunate enough to be discovered by a kind individual who wished to help her alter her life. She now has a calm existence.”

The elephant’s reaction when it gets a taste of what its new life will be like is heartwarming. You might want to grab a tissue for this one, since you won’t be able to keep the tears from flowing!

This is something that everyone should see!
