When Dogs Hear Mom Running The Bath They Immediately Become Invisible

Sullivan and Sampson may be brothers, but when it comes to water sports, they have very different perspectives.

Theresa Milke, the dogs’ mother, told The Dodo, “Sullivan is an avid swimmer in our pool and out in the nearby lakes and rivers.” “He enjoys chasing ducks and beavers swimming in the lake.” Sampson, on the other hand, dislikes water in general and will only swim up to his chest in a lake or river if his paws can touch the bottom. He’ll jump on a pool float and float about in our pool for a while, but that’ll be all.”

Regardless of their differing perspectives, they can agree on one thing: neither of them enjoys bath time.

Even though Sullivan enjoys swimming, he despises showers just as much as Sampson does, and the two are constantly looking for methods to avoid taking them.

“I have no clue why they don’t enjoy bath time,” Milke remarked, “perhaps just because they want to be dirty.”

When the dogs understand their mother is about to give them a bath, they will firmly place themselves on a bed or couch and refuse to move. When they discover too late that they’re confined in the bathroom as their mother runs the water, they have to come up with new and inventive methods to hide.

Both dogs were locked in the bathroom with Mom while she prepared their bath one day. When she turned back to allow them to enter the tub, she spotted them both hidden in the most amusing location.

“This is what I saw (both of them hiding behind the robes) when I turned around to tell one of them to get in the tub,” Milke said. “I snatched up my phone and began recording, and I couldn’t stop laughing.” When I took off my robes, they had.

While Milke had to reward the dogs for their inventiveness, it didn’t work, and they were forced to bathe anyway. Sullivan and Sampson attempt to hide from every bath, even if it’s simply behind each other, despite the fact that they never succeed.

“Sullivan is usually lurking behind Sampson,” Milke added, “and it takes a lot of persuasion to get Sullivan in the tub.” “Sampson has decided that Sullivan must go first, after which he will unwillingly enter the tub.”

The baths go pretty smoothly once they’re in the tub, but that doesn’t mean they’re not looking forward to the next one. It’s fine, though, since their bathtime hiding exploits are hilarious and cute, and they always offer much-needed entertainment and laughter for the entire family.
