Little stoats are as energetic as they are charming, so it’s only logical that when a group of them stumbled upon a children’s trampoline, it meant one thing: a lot of fun. Thankfully, wildlife enthusiast Robert Fuller recorded the incident on camera, and it is pure joy.
Fuller was always fond of wild animals and their welfare. He even shares his property in Thixendale, England, with a few, including foxes, owls, hedgehogs, even some badgers and an adorable family of stoats.
Since it might be a little difficult to keep an eye on such a large community, Fuller set up no less than 80 cameras in his garden to be able to notice each any every move of his lovely guests. It is how he actually managed to get footages with the stoats having the time on their lives on the trampoline.
“The trampoline was a perfect contender for a camera when I constructed my video set-up a few years later, and I quickly had thrilling films of stoats jumping and having fun,” the guy told THE DODO. “A few years back, I first observed a stoat on the trampoline.”
Despite the fact that stoats are known for being timid, the trampoline proved to be enough to pique their interest. “The stoat kits appear to congregate at the trampoline to play and have a good time,” Fuller observed. “They utilize it for bouncy playfights and stretching in particular.”

Fuller believes that the trampoline can even aid in the development of the newborn stoats’ hunting abilities. He explained, “The climbing structure has been fantastic for the kits to exercise their hunting abilities and even play a stoat version of hide-and-seek.”
